Ordering Information Regarding Quantity

• Delivered in one piece: If you purchase more than 1 meter (per piece), we will deliver the ribbon in a single continuous piece up to a total length of 25 meters.
• Larger quantities: When ordering larger quantities, delivery times may be longer due to production requirements. Thank you for your understanding!
• Color Samples: Since fabric sold by the meter is generally non-returnable, we recommend that you order our affordable color samples in advance—this way, you’re guaranteed to find the right shade for your project!

Care Instructions & Material Properties

• Material: 100% polyester, Country of origin: Switzerland
• Quality: The ribbon has serged selvedges on the sides, is lightfast, and does not bleed when in contact with water. Knots hold securely but can be carefully untied without damaging the ribbon. No fraying of the cut edges after heat sealing.
• Sealing the Ends: To seal satin or velvet ribbons, you’ll need a very sharp pair of scissors or a new pair, and a lighter. Hold the end of the ribbon with the cut edge facing upward. Briefly run the flame of a lighter along the cut edge. It’s better to repeat this a few times than to hold the flame on it too long and risk creating a black edge. It’s sealed when you can feel a fine edge between your fingers.
• Care: Washable at 30 °C. Seal loose ends beforehand.
• Ironing: Iron only at a low temperature (setting 1).
• Dryer: Using a clothes dryer is not recommended (if necessary, please use only at very low temperatures).
• Bleaching: Please do not bleach.

Delivery Time + Shipping Time

The delivery time is the time it takes to prepare the order for shipment and drop it off at the post office. Current delivery times are listed as “Ready to ship in xx business days” in the product description. Delivery times may vary depending on the season and demand and are updated daily. The delivery time begins on the day of payment.

The shipping time is the time it takes the shipping provider (Post / DHL, express carrier) to deliver the package to your doorstep or PO box address after it has been picked up.

Under normal operating conditions, the following shipping times apply:

• Germany: 1–2 business days
• Europe: 2–4 business days
• Outside Europe / Overseas: 4–6 business days

Larger shipments are sent as DHL packages.
