The discount is offered in 3 tiers:

• €5 discount on orders of €25 or more
• €10 discount on orders of €50 or more
• €20 discount on orders of €100 or more

Volume discounts cannot be combined with discount codes. The best available discount for your order will be applied.

Volume discounts are already included in the prices of full rolls. Therefore, no additional volume discounts apply to orders of multiple rolls

However, orders of full rolls can be combined with discount codes.

Free shipping for orders above a certain amount can be combined with all discounts.

Delivery Time + Shipping Time

The delivery time is the time it takes to prepare the order for shipment and drop it off at the post office. Current delivery times are listed as “Ready to ship in xx business days” in the product description. Delivery times may vary depending on the season and demand and are updated daily. The delivery time begins on the day of payment.

The shipping time is the time it takes the shipping provider (Post / DHL, express carrier) to deliver the package to your doorstep or PO box address after it has been picked up.

Under normal operating conditions, the following shipping times apply:

• Germany: 1–2 business days
• Europe: 2–4 business days
• Outside Europe / Overseas: 4–6 business days

Larger shipments are sent as DHL packages.

• Germany: 1–2 business days

We also offer worldwide express shipping, including extra-fast processing even on weekends:

Packaging & Gift Service

• Securely packaged: Items are shipped in a sturdy shipping box to ensure your order arrives undamaged.

• Shipment tracking: For orders totaling 10 euros or more, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

• Send as a gift: We’re happy to ship the items directly to the recipient. If you let us know, we won’t include an invoice with the shipment and will add your personal greeting message upon request (up to 150 characters).

Exchanges and Returns

Possible: Exchanges of rolls in their original, unopened packaging are possible within 14 days. Click here to go directly to the cancellation form.

Excluded (Legal Provision): Please note that goods sold by the meter and items custom-cut for you are excluded from the right of withdrawal and exchange pursuant to Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
