SHIPPING: The ordered satin ribbon will be shipped in a letter box. You will receive a tracking number to track the shipment.

 40 degree wash, iron at low temperature, tumble dryer not recommended, do not bleach.

Yard goods are excluded from exchange. If you buy more than 1 meter/ yard, you will receive the ribbon in one continuous piece.

The decorations in the photos are not included in this offer.

In order to find the perfect color for your project, we strongly recommend that you request our inexpensive COLOR SAMPLES before actually ordering. We will send these to you as quickly as possible and postage free.

In this context, we would like to point out that our velvet and satin ribbons sold by the meter are generally non-returnable. With color samples, a perfect color selection is guaranteed.

Your order will be cut to size, packaged well protected in a sturdy, flat box and handed over to the post office/DHL within the time specified in the product under “Ready for shipping”.
